23 Otoños

From rock, punk and modern alternative metal combined with melodic vocals and lyrics, was born the 23 Otoños’ sound.

In September 2007 the band released their first official material, called “Almas”, a 6 track EP, produced, mixed and mastered entirely by the band. This release took to make many live performances in the rock scene of Buenos Aires. By September the band released “Sin Hablar” single, a preview of their second EP, entitled “Sol de Abril”

Later that year, after competing with the best 120 bands (by Vans) of Argentina, 23 Otoños win the tournament “Vans Rock and Ramps” made for looking for the best new alternative band from Argentina in 2008, leading to play with bands such Massacre, Carajo, Boom Boom Kid, Los Natas, Charlie 3, Bulldog, Shaila, among others.

In December 2008, celebrating its first year, the band released their second official material, called “Sun of April,” a five songs EP produced, mixed and mastered entirely by the band.

Between 2008 and 2009 the band participated in three compilations: “Rockeristas Vol. 1”, published by the webzine Rockeristas, with bands from Argentina, Chile and Uruguay; “Sonic Rock “published by the website Sonica / Speedy; and “MIXTAPE V” edited by LEPORK RECORDS (USA), composed by emerging punk bands from South America.

During 2009 the band is nominated in the “Premios Gardel music 2009” as “Best new artist album rock” while facing an extensive tour unveiled its latest material, leading among others to the city of Neuquén with Shaila and Plan4, to attend the “Pepsi Music 2009” festival, playing in the mega festival of Rock & Pop radio “Bombardeo de Demos” and closing the same with a headlining concert in the Buenos Aires’ theater “Super Rock”.

In September 2010 the band released “No Soy Quien Crees”, a two songs single released by the netlabel LEPORK RECORDS, thus anticipating what will be his first official LP “Un Segundo de Calma” that will be release in the late 2010.

Currently the band is an intense tour featuring material from his upcoming 2010 LP produced by them, recorded and co-produced by Damian Torrisi in Bourbon Records, and also launching its first official video clip “No Soy Quien Crees”.
